Minimum experience of 2 years in:
· Customer support
· Installation, configuration and maintenance of:
· Windows and Windows Server computers in all versions (AD, DNS, GPO, RDS)
· Microsoft 365 and Azure
· Backup solutions VEEAM and Acronis .
· Perimeter security: Fortigate
· Antivirus
· Computer networks: Switch, Wifi, router, etc.
· Virtualization of cluster servers: VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
· Network storage systems (SAN)
Knowledge and skills:
· Empathy with the client
· Great ability to resolve incidents
· Teamwork
· Good level of English
· Driving license B1
· Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Monitoring will be valued
